To help ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review the following office guidelines:

  • Fragrance-Free Environment

    To maintain a comfortable and accessible space for all patients, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented products during your visit.

  • Punctuality

    We value your time and make every effort to begin appointments promptly. Please arrive on time for your scheduled visit. If you anticipate being delayed, notify our office as soon as possible. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule so we can honor the appointments of others.

  • Appointment Length

    Each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to allow adequate time for your care. Being mindful of your appointment timeframe helps us remain on schedule and serve every patient efficiently.

  • After-Hours Communication

    Our providers are committed to attentive patient care. Non-urgent after-hours and weekend messages should be sent through Klara, our secure messaging platform. This ensures timely, organized communication while respecting provider boundaries and response times.

  • Appointment Commitment

    To provide availability for patients who need care, we ask that you keep all scheduled appointments or provide advance notice if cancellation is necessary. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will require prepayment before scheduling future visits.
