How it works

At South Carolina Center for Integrative Medicine, we operate on a membership plus fee-for-service model. This approach allows us to offer dedicated, high-quality care while keeping access easy and affordable for our patients. In addition to office visit fees, a nominal monthly membership fee is required for all patients enrolled in our practice.

Our Membership Includes:

For $30/month per person, you receive:

• Convenient, priority scheduling for your appointments.

• Direct communication with your practitioner through Klara, our HIPAA-secure messaging system. (Note: If your question requires a more detailed response than a message allows, your provider may recommend an in-person appointment for a comprehensive discussion.)

Billing Details:

• Membership fees are auto-drafted on the 25th of each month, covering services from the 25th of the previous month to the 24th of the current month.

• Monthly billing is not collected in advance, ensuring transparency and simplicity.

Family Membership Rate: For families, we offer a capped rate of $120/month, which includes:

• Two adults (ages 18+) and all related children under 21.

• Children ages 21 and over are considered additional adults. If an adult child marries, they will need to begin their own membership.

• Additional adults may be added for $25/month per person at the practice’s discretion and are not covered under the family cap.
